Wake up with a cup of coffee from The Coffee Trader, located just 4 minutes away, before heading into Colorado's wilderness! Just 20 minutes northeast lies Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, which offers access to rock climbing, hiking, and stellar views of Gunnison River and the Painted Wall cliff. This steep canyon will truly take your breath away!
Pick up the speed with a day of ATVing in the San Juan Mountains! Bring along your own 4-wheeler or rent one from Top Edge Rentals, located just 15 minutes away.
Travel farther south to access Ouray's hot springs, along with the Ouray Ice Park. If you happen to visit in January, make sure to not miss out on the Ouray Ice Festival, a 3-day event celebrating the sport of ice climbing!
Telluride and Telluride Ski Resort aren't much farther than Ouray, only an hour-and-half drive from the property! Here, you can enjoy downhill skiing and snowboarding, plus all of Telluride's attractions, shops, restaurants, and bars. Telluride is also host to numerous events, including the Telluride Film Festival, which takes place over Labor Day weekend!
Vino lovers will also love this home's location close to several wineries! Cottonwood Cellars, Mountain View Winery, and Mesa Winds Farm and Winery are all located within a 45-minute drive - letting you easily indulge in all of your favorite varietals.

Montrose Thanksgiving
4/5 The property was everything our family needed for our Montrose stay. My one suggestion is to improve the showers in both bathrooms. The water was barely a trickle.

Perfect Accomodations
5/5 Montrose is a beautiful Colorado town with much to offer. This home was the perfect location for our family as we came to attend a wedding. We had everything we needed including an amazing selection of coffees! Thanks for the great place to stay!

BATH ROOM
5/5 It was the best place we have rented for a summer vacation. I have one request to make ' PLEASE adjust the sink drain in the master bedroom . It drains very slowly .thank you .It was great vacation trip and a pretty place to styay. Thank you again the Harris family .
