The property was as advertised. We need to sleep 5 people and that worked well. We were comfortable and enjoyed a wonderful college graduation week. Thank you. Nice neighborhood

Could have been better

The house was nice and in a great location, however, the master bedroom light didn’t work and the keurig didn’t work. Minor issues overall but we tried to get them addressed early in our stay and we were unable to until our last night there. It was frustrating. Also, because of how the garage is, a garage door opener/code should be provided.

Hi Sandy, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We're glad to hear you enjoyed your overall stay and the location of our home, but disappointed to hear your stay didn't fully meet your expectations and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
- We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay. When we received your voicemail, we promptly responded and let you know I could purchase a new Keurig and drop it off to you the following morning, or if you were at the store, you were more than welcome to purchase one, and we would reimburse you. I assumed the issue was resolved as we didn't hear back from you at that time. The following day I received a voicemail again, you were requesting me to pick one up and to let me know there was an issue with the light. It was determined that the remote control for the light had gone missing, and without it, we couldn't get the light to operate, after going to a few different stores, I was able to find and purchase a new Keurig for the home and a three bulb light for the room, you had expressed your appreciation and we had thought the matter resolved. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have had during your stay.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We chose this property because it was close to our son’s home. Easy access to many destinations in Denver. Very clean and comfortable. Will be back!

Great 3bd/3ba townhouse--perfect for our family

This 3bd/3ba townhouse was the perfect home-base for our family as we moved our daughter to college.PROS:- 3bd/3ba where each bedroom had its own bathroom- well equipped house- really cute, clean immediate neighborhood where residents were young, professional adults, many with dogs (we love dogs)- a close drive to Edgewood, Sloan Lake, Lincoln Park, etc.CONS:- although the townhouse came with a 1-car attached garage, it is made for a medium to small car. Our SUV did not fit and we had to park on the street, which was tough most of the time because there were a lot of cars parked on the surrounding streets- although the immediate neighborhood is clean and cute, the surrounding neighborhood (outside the 1 block radius) is transitional and was sketchy. We did not feel comfortable walking outside the 1 block radius

Relaxing home in the woods

We had an amazing time visiting Colorado. I really enjoyed the home and location. It’s cozy with an open floor plan. My only criticism is the beds and bedding is uncomfortable. However, the memories and fishing made up for it!
