Nice condo...GREAT location!
4/5 The condo itself was good! The location was great! So convenient to everything and everywhere! There are only a few things that keep me from giving it 5 stars. Stairs! There are lots of stairs. To get to any level, there are stairs. The description does say that, but there are way more stairs than I was thinking even after reading the description. Had my elderly mom come with us as originally planned, she would not have been able to enjoy this condo. The other main thing is the Keurig quit working on day 2. Our contact for the condo was great, and responsive, but with our schedule, I never connected with her to "troubleshoot" the problem. So....no coffee from the Keurig. Our group had brought their own pour over, so we had coffee, but it was inconvenient for 7 of us to not have the Keurig working (it is an older model). The Mr. Coffee pot just couldn't produce the desired taste either. I know that's small....but still important to us. Lastly, we found it difficult to regulate the temperature (I'm assuming because of all the levels). There is a thermostat in every room, but it always seemed to be either too hot or too cold. There are no windows in the bedrooms, only doors that lead to a small outside deck. My immediate contact for the condo was great! She was communicative and responsive. However, I was a little disappointed in Evolve's communication this go round. Very slow to answer 2 questions that I had regarding our trip. Actually, they never addressed our second question. Have not experienced that with Evolve before.
Again, the condo was updated and overall, pretty good. The kitchen was well stocked (minus the working Keurig), the open windows in the den area led to beautiful scenery, and the wood burning fireplace was great! Just if you cannot handle all of the stairs, this is not the one for you.
Wonderful home with everything you need to have a comfortable stay in the mountains! Easy check-in and check-out process with very quiet neighbors. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
