Disappointed
3/5 The view was amazing, but the cleanliness & upkeep of this townhome was very disappointing & unacceptable for the amount we paid to stay here. All the showers had very bad mold & mildew, shower rails & towel rods were missing, the drains were clogged, only one roll of toilet paper was provided for each bath, some lights wouldn’t work, the Keurig didn’t work & much more, but too long to list. This townhome has been neglected & needs a deep cleaning & update.

-The showers don't have mold or mildew. We do recognize they can get hard water stains, and our cleaning team cleaned for four hours prior to your arrival. We'll collaborate with them on doing a deeper clean of the bathrooms.
-We haven't had past comments about the drains. We wish you would've let us know during your stay about these concerns so we could've addressed them immediately.
-You did notify us about the lights, and we addressed that during your stay. We used the Keurig just before your stay and it was working, and we've since replaced the humidifier filters.

2/5 The view was amazing, but the townhome was in very poor condition. The showers had terrible mold & mildew in them with missing shower rails & towel rods. The master bathroom tub & sinks we’re clogged with a very slow drain. Some of the lights & humidifiers didn’t work, along with the Keurig coffee maker. The plastic end covers on the floor heaters were all falling off. The cleanliness & overall care of the place was in very poor condition & has obviously been neglected. This is unacceptable for what they’re charging to stay here.
