CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- ACCESS/ KEYS TO CONDO:
- While the condo unit uses keyless entry, you will need to stop at the North Wing lobby to get the common access key from the lockbox. This key will get you into all the common areas including the garage, main lobby doors, and fitness/pool/hot-tub area. There will be additional keys in the unit for use for the duration of your stay. Please return the lockbox key immediately after getting access
- The lockbox is located in the North Wing vestibule of the building, bottom row in the lower left cabinet. The lockbox has smiley face stickers and a label on the side that says “2227”
- The unit is located on the first floor in the North Wing lobby (unit 2227) towards the end of the hall on your left. To gain access:
- To UNLOCK:
- Press “Schlage” then press “CITI”
- There will be 2 visitor keys hanging in the unit for your use during your stay. Please return these keys to the hooks before you leave the unit.
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- To LOCK from the hallway (please pull the door shut behind you):
- Press “Schlage” (you will hear it lock)
- Return the access keys to the lockbox immediately after use (and scramble the code)
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

PARKING:
- 1 vehicle can be parked in the community parking garage
- Each guest will be required to post a parking permit in the windshield of their car
- You will need a parking permit which you will need to PRINT before you arrive and place in your dashboard

- There will also be paper available in the unit.
- Underground, heated parking is included in your rate. Spots are NOT assigned. The entrance to the garage is at the south end of the building. After entering the garage, it is recommended that you park all the way down at the north end of the building by the north elevator. Unit 2227 is in the North Wing. (There will be signs). Luggage carts should also be available in the elevator lobby.
- You will need the key to the condo to open the garage – you will need to use the keycards in the lockbox to get into the garage. My recommendation is to double-park alongside the street with your blinkers on while you get the key. Enter the north wing vestibule unit as instructed above for the lockbox.
