• Comfortable, spacious rooms

  The property was nice. We did not have any cell service and the cleaning issues we experienced were difficult to rectify because of communication issues. The cleaning service tried sending someone out to fix the issues and the family members that were there didn’t hear the knock on the basement (front) door. The rooms were spacious and decorated nicely. When we did talk to the property owner she was friendly.

• Modern Chic house in the mountain

  This house is gorgeous and had everything we needed, very well stocked with all the essentials. All the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very user friendly and functional. We also had a great time every night sitting by the fire pit in the back patio. 1st day we hiked at St. Mary Glacier, which was very close. 2nd day we went to both Vail & Breckinridge, close enough to do both in 1 day. We also had dinner 2 nights and did our grocery shopping in Idaho Springs, which is the closest town 20-25 mins away. All in all we had an absolute great time staying in this house. Wi-Fi worked great once we logged in. Highly recommend this place.

• great family stay

  the house was amazing, would've been nice if there was a bathroom on lower level for the bedroom, but definitely not a deal breaker. it was nice to be able to head off to trails on a rangers. we loved the beds so comfortable like sleeping on a cloud!

• Perfect for a Family Getaway

  We absolutely adored this place and already want to go back. It’s in such a beautiful location and the space is just perfect. I think that the listing needs some updates so, for future visitors, here’s what the current photos/description don’t show:-There are TVs in all but one bedroom and above the fireplace-There is a high chair and baby gate -There is a lovely back patio with a fire pit, but there are not sticks for roasting hotdogs/marshmallows. -The kitchen is stocked well, but there are no baking sheets or baking dishes. -There is an electric grill. -The laundry room is stocked with detergent/fabric softener/scent booster (there are both scented and sensitive skin varieties)Additionally, when you book the space, you will receive contact information for someone other than Evolve - use that info! Evolve is very slow to respond, but the property manager is SUPER kind and helpful. If you are looking for a quiet place in the mountains away from the busyness of Denver, this place is perfect! Cannot recommend enough.

• Very Nice New Cabin

  The house was practically brand new. It has plenty of room (1 king, 3 queen, 1 bunk bed with full bottom bunk and twin top bunk). All furnishings and finishes are very nice.

  While the house was great, make sure you have a car with all wheel drive. The location is about 20 minutes up the mountain. We were not told about the all wheel drive and got stuck during a snow storm.

  Also, the internet was a little slow which is expected in this area but definitely needs cable to supplement the lack of ability to stream.

  Lastly, I really wish the first floor room had a small bathroom so you didn't have to climb stairs at night to go to the restroom.
