Peaceful Location
5/5 The creek running directly behind the property was very serene. The ranch style was great as we had a 15 month old that couldn't get into too much danger inside the house. Very close to downtown Idaho Springs (quick drive) and nice location to get up to Mount Evans.

Family ski vacation
5/5 Above and beyond what we expected. Clean, comfortable beds, stocked with too many extras to list. Great number of bathrooms for 9 people. Easy drive to Loveland ski area. The little storage building outside was so handy to put ski equipment in during the night. The kids room was fantastic for our three kids. Even had some legos for them to tinker around with!
