Enjoyed our Christmas in Grand Lake
5/5 The property was great and worked very well for our family of 6. The location was perfect as it was a only a15 minute walk to town. Great views from every room. Our only suggestions are some instructions for the two showers and how to operate the two TVs. We figured both out but would've liked some help. Thanks for a great stay and would recommend this house for winter or summer trip.

Great Spot for an Extended Stay
5/5 I picked this property because we were staying for an extended period and wanted to be tucked away/out of the fray, have room to relax, and still have quick access to activities. It was just right for that -- close to trails and the lake, and the patio/decks were enjoyable and had lovely views. Getting into town was a quick bike ride or drive. Some reviews said the shower in the primary bathroom didn't work well, but we had no issues. Plenty of hot water and pressure. One item I will call attention to is the stove/oven -- seems like there was an issue with the gas line so the oven did not heat properly and the burners only had one low setting/flame and didn't adjust when the knobs were turned. May not be an issue for quick stays, but there were several instances over our extended stay that this was annoying. I reported this to the management company so maybe they will address that. They were responsive to general housekeeping/logistics questions so I would expect them to make this repair. One upgrade is the patio gas heater -- the one there now is a better style and effect than the one shown in the photos. The Traeger pellet grill was great, too. We used it just about every night! Overall, great place!

Amazing home and location!
4/5 We had a wonderful short stay! The house was amazing, stunning views and a very relaxing atmosphere. Property manager was quick to respond. The only hiccup we had was the low water pressure in the upstairs bathroom. Having only one shower for 11 people was a little difficult. But overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay again!
