Great Stay in Grand Lake!
5/5 Our family had a wonderful stay at this property in the winter. The house is large, with plenty of room to be together or spread out. We enjoyed how three bedrooms had king-sized beds and en-suite baths. The kitchen was well prepared with tons of plates, bowls, glasses, and mugs, as well as all cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. We visited during a very cold and snowy few days, and the house stayed warmed and was very cozy. The refrigerator makes hot water - great for tea and hot chocolate! The only issue was trying to get up into the driveway after the plow had gone by on the street. Took me around five tries in my 4-wheel drive SUV to make it up into the driveway, so be sure to drive the right vehicle in the winter. All in all, a great stay and responsive host!

Great location for 3 couples
4/5 House was large and can accommodate many, many people. Lots of bathrooms and room to move around. Kitchen is incredibly stocked with spices and food. Lots of plates etc for your crowd. Great basement with pool table and full bath as well although we didn't have time to enjoy it. Check-in instructions were a little harsh, but apparently they've had issues with renters in the past. House modestly decorated but who cares. All in all, would recommend for this cute little town.
