DON'T BOOK THIS PLACE!!!
I had contacted the listed Guest Host (Brad) 3 days prior to the day of my check-in to confirm my reservation and did not receive an answer to my question. Tried calling him as well a day before my arrival and texted, no response to either one.
The day before my check-in, I received an email from Evolve stating that they had cancelled my reservation because I had surprisingly tested positive for COVID-19 (which had never happened to me nor had I even gotten the opportunity to speak with the Guest Host). When I called the Evolve Customer Service team, turns out that the host cancelled my reservation for a fake reason without any notification. Not sure if the host had cancelled it and blamed it on me to save on some cancellation fees, but it was a very ignorant and rude choice to make on a person that had relied on this booking.
BRAD, you should at least let your customers know if unseen circumstances arise and notify them before cancelling the booking.
