Great for our Family Reunion
4/5 Amazing views! Great space for large family gathering. We had a family reunion for 16 of us and the property provided enough space to not feel cramped or overcrowded. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare, cook and serve a large number of guests. Three refrigerators came with the house and all three of them were needed!
We used every bit of the house, the deck with the amazing table, the fireplaces and the huge hot tub. Everyone from 2 to 82 enjoyed the house.

Great house and our family really enjoyed it.
4/5 My family enjoyed the property very much. However, the hot tub did not work and we booked the house because of the hot tub and my kids and family were very disappointed. I wouldn’t mind talking to someone further about the hot tub.

Amazing house, inconvenient construction
4/5 This house is incredible. Beautiful rooms, lots of space , perfect for a big group. We had a blast. The view and balcony are spectacular. The only bummer was the extremely disruptive and noisy and obnoxious construction. We couldn’t use the garage or driveway, or even drive up to the house. We had to park all of our cars on the main road and lug all of our stuff through the construction to the house. We were warned a day prior to check in, but a b it more warning and information on this would have been nice. I am open to speaking with someone about this further. Overall an amazing place to stay. Without the construction I would absolutely stay here again.
Perfect Vacation Home
5/5 This place is seriously the nicest, most accommodating "home away from home". I've stayed in some nice places, but this was seriously perfect for my husband's birthday weekend. The house has everything!!! You literally only need to go get food. Almost anything and everything else is already in the house. The host was super nice, and quick to respond. She was also very helpful with information about our surroundings, seeing that we'd never been to Colorado before. The views are gorgeous, the house is spacious, you will love it here. If you're looking to stay somewhere in Granby, come here, you won't regret it!! All of my guests wanted to leave a review that's how wonderful this house was.

Wonderful Stay!
5/5 Perfect house and a perfect host. Everything is labelled and placed perfectly, so don't need to search for anything and feel at home. House offers all amenities needed for luxurious vacation. Kitchen is fully equipped and even offered some essential spices/ supplies for relaxed cooking experience. Remote location, yet close to a supermarket for easy shopping. Hot tub and steam shower are plus for relaxation. Kids will love the cozy bunk beds. All tv sets are hooked to cable tv, Netflix with a good sound system. Pool table and bar area will provide a nice setting to have couple of drinks. Views are amazing and conducive to star gazing. Highly recommend for small group reunions or multi-family vacations.
