    This home is wonderful! A great location, only 15 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. The grocery store and gas station are just down the road as well. My family and I really enjoyed the neighborhood and walked through the paths and even had a fire near the pond. Lots of wildlife to watch right from the deck. There’s also a great local coffee shop down the road. Would absolutely love to stay here again.

    The house is very small compared to looking into pictures along with not being safe for kids. You cannot have more than 3 people sit on the table or couch otherwise their will be bumping into each other. The only reason for giving 2 star is for stream running near along with the view. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very small. If you have younger kids they will bump into something as somemany things are packed into small space. I would not recommend this place if you have more 4 people especially if kids

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: We apologize that you found the home small. It is stated on the listing that the house is 1,200 square feet, but we have made some updates to the rules based on your feedback. We do try to offer additional amenities for families traveling in the hopes that they do not have to bring much. For my family, this is our little piece of heaven (not huge but cozy) - and we have agreed as a family, to open it up to other families to enjoy Grand County as much as we do. We are sorry our home didn't meet your needs and that you were displeased. We enjoyed hosting you and wish you many happy stays in Grand County. Thank you for taking the time to write your review.
