This was a good set up for our family of 4
4/5 The property was a good layout for our family of 4. The pull down bed was comfortable for the adults but the pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable and had a very thin mattress. I know pull out couches are not comfortable to begin with but adding a mattress topper would be more comfortable. The towels left for the pool and hot tub were rough looking and very small. It would be nice to have larger towels for pool and hot tub use. Since there isn't a lot of storage for suitcases it would be nice to have had luggage racks or shelving for bags and clothing. I also would of loved having a tea kettle. All these things are relatively miner but it would have made the stay even better. The location was excellent for all the destinations we traveled to during our visit.

Cozy Studio
4/5 Cozy studio in a great location close to Ski Granby Ranch. Pros: The Murphy Bed is very comfortable and so was the pull out couch. Parking was a breeze. Kitchen is amazingly large and very functional for a studio and the furniture is properly spaced to feel bigger than it really is. Gameroom and pool were nice amenities for the kids.Cons: Lot of noise from the upstairs unit starting every morning around 6:30am but luckily we are early birds. Cigarette (and other) smoke would waft into our unit every afternoon. and early morning The hot tubs were down two of the nights we stayed but our kids really enjoyed the pool and gameroom (see above). Suggestion: The unit should be stocked with more than two towels for future guests and communication between parties should be explained better up front. For example, we requested towels from the "Evolve Team" which informed us we needed to contact the property owner which was confusing.

Good place but a bit dated
3/5 The property was perfectly fine for where we were abs for proximity to the ski slopes. There were some minor maintenance issues such as wobbly faucets and the hot tub as well as the amenities of the place were broken or not what they looked like in the photos. Still, it was a nice little get away for our family
