Sitting on the first fairway of Grand Elk Golf Course, this house serves as an outdoor oasis in the summertime! Tee off at Grand Elk, just steps from the front door, or head over to Granby Ranch and Pole Creek, each less than 8 miles from the property. If you’re up for a bit of adventure, trade the golf clubs for walking sticks and hike to Devil’s Thumb Lake!
Take a 20-minute drive into the Rockies for a day spent on the lake! Set sail on Lake Granby via rental boat from Indian Peaks Marina, or head to Spirit Lake Outfitters for a guided fishing excursion on the smaller waters of Grand Lake! Drive slightly further to the impressive Rocky Mountain National Park to experience stunning Colorado vistas and local wildlife including elk, moose, and deer.
When the colder weather hits, it’s time to take on the mountains! Head to Granby Ranch for groomed slopes and short lift-lines, while the more advanced venture to Winter Park Resort, just 20 miles down the road, for five-star terrain and prime powder conditions!

Spring Break Fun at Granby Ranch
5/5 Had a great almost two week stay at this fabulous home with our kids and their friends. The first week we had a few HS kids in tow to ski then the college roommates arrived for the second week to ski & board! Had plenty of room for everyone including the 2 nights they overlapped! House was great - had a supply of all the essentials which was nice. Beds were comfy, fireplace & mud room were great for winter and we love the Granby location. We skied Granby Ranch & Winter Park, walked around Grand Lake, drove the 10 miles from into RMNP and really just enjoyed family dinners and hanging out! We cooked a lot and found everything we needed in the kitchen! Would stay again for sure!

5/5 Can’t say enough great things about our stay! Quiet, relaxing area with spectacular views! Comfortable beds and bedrooms each with a bathroom, which was a nice bonus. Families with small children loved the basement toys, books, games and kid friendly kitchen items. Everything is clearly labeled or explained in the guest book…which is super helpful! The place was very clean, well stocked, and welcoming! We loved our time in this amazing home and in beautiful Granby! Made some wonderful memories! Thank you!
