Mountain house

Very nice house, close to good hiking trails. Walking distance to downtown Golden. Check-in was easy and quick and communication with owner was very good. Kitchen was well-stocked with spices for cooking, which I appreciated. Neighborhood is quiet. A comfortable stay.

Spring Break in Golden

This is a great property near the heart of downtown Golden - within walking distance. It is about 20 minutes to downtown Denver and just over an hour to Keystone and Breck. We were able to fit my spouse and me in the main bedroom and 3 college age boys in the remaining beds. The kitchen is well furnished with everything you’d need, the internet tv was fantastic, and they left little snack bowls for us. Susan was extremely responsive and was a complete dream to work with before and during our stay. When the propane tanks for the outdoor fire pits ran out, they made sure one was replaced that night. One of the boys had his snowboard and gear shipped to the house and Susan went out of her way to ensure it was received and put inside the house before we arrived.Just an all around great experience. We will definitely consider staying here again on our future visits to see our Mines Oredigger.

VRBO Homes Are Not Always All Yours

The owner stays in the basement. You could hear snoring. Not worth the price when you have to stay with a stranger.

Great Getaway!

This is a truly unique wonderful VRBO. It is cozy and has so many amenities. The hosts have thoughtfully provided snacks and meals for the first night. This is greatly appreciated after a long trip. There are plenty of towels and blankets. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you could possibly need. Will stay here again soon!
