  Great location and very homey. The property was as listed and our only negative comments would be a lack of toiletries and necessities.. We had to buy large towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Overall, a great experience and we would love to return.

  Evolve's website was very easy to navigate and had quick responses to any concerns/questions we had. Our local guest contact was very prompt and easy to work with once we arrived and even on the day before (requested early check in). The condo was in excellent condition, fully stocked kitchen, clean, and convenient location to everything a vacationer could need. We will consider using Evolve and staying at this condo in the future.

  The condo was great. Very comfy and well appointed. It is located in a great area too. Easy access to several ski resort as well as good dining options in Frisco.

• Foxy Frisco Stay

  Our stay was amazing. The condo is in the perfect location with easy access to Frisco, Breckinridge, and the highway. It is well appointed and very comfortable. This condo is like home. First, the garage is warm. Next, the condo has a “mud room” area with lots of hooks and cubbies for all shoes, jackets, and ski boots. Then, the bedrooms are big with space. The bathrooms all have have heat lamps. The furniture is comfortable and there is a gas fireplace which warms up the whole den. Last, We hope to return this summer to enjoy the lake and again next winter to hit the slopes. Thank you for a marvelous vacation spot.

  Nice 3 bed, 3 bath condo centrally located. Makes skiing at Keystone, A Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mtn very convenient.

  Clean with lots of space for our family group.

  Only drawback was just one key available.

  This is a special key that you need to access the condo and to get in from garage and to get to the hot tubs.

  There are also keypads to get out of the hot tub area and into the central entry where the elevator is. The combination was not given to us.

  I had to call to get the keypad combo after getting locked out at the hot tubs and had to climb fence to get back to room. If one person goes to hot tubs, nobody else can go because only one key.

  The caretaker, Nohemi, was very helpful and gave us the combo for the doors and she responds quickly.

  I do recommend the condo for a great clean, comfortable, well stocked, central location.

It appears the Welcome Book with all of this information had been taken from the unit previous to your stay and has now been replaced. To accommodate our future guests we will leave 2 keys in the keypad going forward. Thanks for your valuable feedback and we hope to have another opportunity to host you in the future!"
