Serenity and Fresh Air
5/5 This property is close to everything and to the highway, but yet very quiet and serene. It is tucked away in a cul-de-sac and has an amazing view of the lake and the mountains. The unit is located on the ground floor. We can store the kayak on the patio and pull it to the lake. There is a covered bike rack next to the condo and we can ride the bicycle directly from the condo to the paved trail around the lake. The view from the patio and lawn is amazing! The mountains reflect in the lake. We saw a cormorant, ospreys, many hummingbirds and even beavers! It is less than 15 minutes away from Breckenridge, Silverthorne, etc.. Many restaurants , art galleries and shops are nearby. I highly recommend this property.
