CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 1675, followed by the 'Kwikset' button
- When locking the door, only use the lock on the deadbolt, not the doorknob. The deadbolt will lock automatically behind you after 30 seconds. If you wish to ensure the door locks on your way out, press the 'Kwikset' button to lock it
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items from the refrigerator
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Clean out the coffee filter
- Make sure the fireplace is off
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- The property requires stairs to access and additional stairs to reach the loft sleeping area
- The property does not have air conditioning
- There is 1 remote to access all streaming services and music. If you want to watch live TV, use the Youtube TV app
- The main heat source for the living area is located on the wall by the cowboy painting. There is also a thermostat in the primary bedroom
- There is a storage door on the right side of the patio. Please store all skis and outdoor gear in the outdoor storage area. Please place all boots and shoes on the provided boot trays in the entry area
- There are 3 green WM trash bins on the street for the building and the building next door. Unfortunately, there is no separate recycling unless you drive to The Drop, the local trash and recycling center, located at 453 Co Rd 72, Fraser, CO 80442
- The home is conveniently located on the Fraser Black Line at the Lower Wapiti stop. The bus service is called The Lift and there is a bench that looks like a chairlift just to the right of the unit as you’re exiting the home. There is a printed timetable and map at hthe property, and you can also download
the Lift Rider app for real-time tracking
- The closest lots to the mountain will cost $20/day, however, there are many free options. Across Hwy 40 is a free parking lot, as well as down the street at the Mary Jane Ski Area. There is also a free parking garage right by Cooper Creek Square and a bus will take you into the ski area.
- Safeway and ACE Hardware are your best resources for groceries and home needs. There is a walking path just to the left of the unit, if you continue to go straight before the road curves uphill, that will take you directly to Safeway in about 5 minutes
- Cleaning supplies are stocked in the kitchen and bathroom. Additional blankets are stored in the living room ottoman. Please let the Guest Contact know if any items are missing or if you are missing any requirements for a comfortable stay
FIREPLACE INSTRUCTIONS:
- The fireplace has its own thermostat located to the right of the stone. To turn the fireplace on, slide the lower level to 'heat'. There will be a temperature number that shows up on the left of the thermostat screen. Make sure that number is higher than the temperature in the room (the number to the right) by using te up or down arrows. The fireplace will turn off automatically when the fire temperature becomes lower than the temperature of the living area. Please make sure the fireplace is off before you leave by sliding the lower level to the 'off' position

- 1 vehicle can be parked in the designated parking spot. This parking spot is designated by the HOA. If you have more than 1 vehicle, please be respectful of the neighbors and do not use their parking spots. Instead, the Safeway around the corner allows for overnight parking
