Comfy condo
5/5 Comfy condo with a nice deck, great view, and access to a clubhouse with a friendly staff and well-maintained heated outdoor pool. The only negative was the remodeling being done in the condo directly below. The pounding, drilling, sawing, etc., went on intermittently most of the time I was there and greatly detracted from the peace and serenity one goes to the mountains to find. Hopefully the project/projects will be finished soon.

Location was good, not as clean as would be preferred
3/5 This little condo was just the right size for two friends to get away for some hiking and beautiful surroundings. It was not as clean as we would have expected, there was dog food on the floor, and the bathroom needed some extra cleaning from us. The amenities were adequate, would have expected tissues... somewhere. A very nice feature was the use of the local club, the swimming pool was lovely, and the workout room was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with some nice extras like an electric kettle, plenty of silverware, and dishes. The surrounding local area was very pleasant for evening walks.

Quick Ski Getaway
4/5 Property was ideally situated a short drive from Winter Park. Also ended up being close to Granby Ranch so we went to each park for some enjoyable skiing. Having the Safeway so close was nice. The hot tub was farther away than expected and the place could have been a little cleaner, but overall a nice stay.
