• Great location and amenities, not very clean

  We really enjoyed the well-staffed pool/hot-tub/clubhouse, and appreciated the regularly-cleared roads into and within the property. Understanding the unit is pet friendly, we were still disappointed at how much pet hair was in the unit. It got over all of our clothes and covered the bed linens. Though the manager sent the cleaning service back to wash the linens, they did nothing except lay a flat sheet over one of the beds. Otherwise, the unit met our basic needs for a place to stay while skiing, and the shared pool/hot tub/clubhouse was wonderful.

• Great Location, would benefit from better cleaning

  The unit’s location and access to pool/hot tub amenities in the development were great, and we appreciated the ski storage and regularly plowed roads and parking. Understanding that this is a pet friendly unit, we were still surprised at how much pet fur was in carpets, seating, and bed linens. Would not recommend for those who have pet allergies.

  Loved the wood fireplace! Everything in working order! Only complaint would be a management/cleaning issue. Toilets had stasis rings in them, white towels were kind of yellow’ish, no shampoo or conditioner in master bathroom, ran out of tissues and dishwasher detergent, coffee samples are usually included in our VRBO rentals and were not here…

• Rafael’s snowboarding trip …

  Overall it’s a good place to stay .. super close to everything you need and the mountain … my days were tearing it up on the mountain till last chair head back to condo and hit the hot tub for a bit. They also have an awesome steam room. Then if I want to take a nap I could stay in and eat or I could run up the street and get a dinner come back build a nice fire and get some sleep. There were three adult dudes there and we did just fine plenty of room very nice.

• Nice place but someone needs to pay more attention to cleaning

  Beautiful apartment with nice location if you're looking for a skiing experience since it's close to the slops and Winter Park Village.Besides of that, and being the only cons but a huge one... the blankets of both rooms were full of what seemed to be animal hair. The rest of the place could be way more clean as well.

  - We appreciate your feedback and apologize that cleanliness concerns impacted your stay.
  - We do allow pets, and while our professional cleaning team does their best, it's possible some dog hair was missed, as it's challenging to get it all.
  - We're going to replace our duvet covers with ones that do not hold onto dog hair as much as our current ones.
  - While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own. We were disappointed to see the condition the home was left in after your stay.
