• Could not get in and not clean

  First we could not get into the condo; the code would not work on the door key pad. We could not download the app; my phone is a work phone. We used the backup key for the door all week. When we did get in, the condition of the condo was not great. The floors had not been vacuumed, and the carpet had stains all over the place. We tried to use the vacuum in the closet and it did not pick up it just moved the dirt around. We called Evolve manger about the problem and asked to have a vacuum dropped off. That was done but I had to repair the hose on unit first. The kitchen was well stocked; some of the drawers need to be put back on track. Linens / towels in good supply. Most rooms need paint. We had booked the condo because it was very close to a friend's place up the street, and everyone was thinking that it could be used in the future for a overflow backup place. Sorry to say that will probably not happen. This was not equal to the pictures of the website shown when it was staged.

  -We have very high standards for our property and use a professional cleaning service to have the home cleaned before each guest's arrival. We promptly responded and went to generous measures to make things right and did our best to address your concerns right away. Also, we promptly responded a few times after arrival to check to make sure if you needed anything during your stay.
  -We strive to provide all the information before booking to ensure guests find the perfect vacation home for their needs. Our photos depict the listing accurately so the guests can decide before booking if the style matches their preferences.
  -We confirmed that we sent out the check-in instructions a month before the booking reservation to confirm all the necessary information needed for your stay with the door keypad code. This is the first time a guest has provided this feedback and we have had no issues from past travelers.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• Amazing views

  This condo was extremely comfortable and very close to everything. The beds were comfortable and had a lot more space than expected. It had a Safeway less than a mile away, which came in handy. It was the perfect stay for what we needed.

• Fantastic Family-Friendly Mountain Condo!

  We absolutely loved our long weekend stay at Kim's cabin. It was perfect for our family. We were so appreciative that Kim had a pack 'n play (with sheets), clip-on high chair, and kid-friendly plates, cups and utensils. Also, the views out of the living room window were fabulous. We loved the proximity to Winter Park, Mary Jane, and the Fraser tubing center. We would not hesitate to book Kim's condo again.

• Wonderful Getaway!

  We enjoyed a much needed getaway before Christmas. The property has an open main living area and lots of windows so we never felt cramped. An added bonus is the bunk room with a whole extra bedroom, mini kitchen and bathroom so the kids could have their own space! The stocked kitchen made it easy to cook several meals and we felt right at home. It’s nice having the grocery store down the street too! We will definitely book another weekend when we need to get away again.

• Spectacular Views of Fraser Valley!

  Initially we had an issue getting into the property due to a communication mixup between Evolve and the cleaners. The owners were responsive and quickly addressed our concerns. The property has two covered parking spots - ideal for winter conditions! The condo is spacious, well equipped and comfortably furnished. We cooked in and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The living, dining, kitchen area is large and open, ideal for family gathering! The views are mazing views and watching sunset over the valley and Byers peak was lovely. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the overall cleanliness of the property. The owners are now aware of the issue and based on how they responded to us we trust the issues are addressed.
