  Great at communicating after we let them know the condo was dirty upon arrival, with that being said, and we understand that things happen, but I think they should be more on top of making sure the condo is clean and ready to go before anyone else arrives, as I saw a couple of other reviews with the same experience. It was kind of gross arriving and seeing the place a mess. The people before us unplugged the fridge and left the kitchen pretty dirty so it was pretty stinky, and we were kind of grossed out using the bathrooms and stuff that night until they could get someone in to clean the next morning. Agree with other reviews that the place could use a little TLC.

  When we got there it was frustrating because we couldn’t find the place the address they gave un on Vrbo was incorrect, 2 hours later they replied to my message I had to call The toll free number to get the Address and the entry code . The place was vey Dusty and Had Dog hairs All over the Furniture I had to go buy My own cleaning stuff to wipe everything off and sweep I had to get my own mop because they don’t have any cleaning supplies I had to Fabreeze it because it had an Awful Smell . The TV’S are pretty old and the internet Sucked . The bed in the master bedroom is Very old it gave me a Horrible Back Ache . And It Squeaks every time you Move not pleasant to sleep for so many nights we rented it for 14 days But I couldn’t stay the whole time . One good thing is the Staff . The shower head was not working and they replaced it within 3 days . I will not rent that place again .

• Nice, compact space.

  Overall, a nice, compact space. The clubhouse was amazing and the true highlight of the trip. The condo could use from a little TLC to address minor repairs, but those are to easy to fix and we sent a separate note to the owner. As such, we didn't want to lower the rating.

• Great configuration for our family

  We liked having bunk beds and a loft so our girl/boy teens could have their own space. Plenty of parking. Nice clubhouse with pool and hot tubs and basketball.

• Great Location and Lots of Room for Friends and Family

  Condo was clean and the layout is perfect if you are going to have friends and family join you. We will stay here again given it's Pet Friendly.
