    We thought this condo had everything we needed for a family with 6 adults. Very comfortable in every way: sleeping, relaxing, good kitchen. Really great location, close to groceries and restaurants. Yet in a very quiet neighborhood.

  • Great for a family ski trip

    This Fraser condo was a comfortable and convenient spot for my family of four to stay while skiing Winter Park for the first time. It was a little further from the mountain than we're used to, a solid 15 minute drive in the snow, but I don't ski and was able to drop them and pick them up each day. The house was also comfy enough for me to be happy hanging out there most of the day, as well as for the teenagers to have space to themselves in the evenings. We cooked at home every morning and for half the dinners, and went out for the other dinners. We appreciated that the unit was on the ground floor, and the heated garage was a really nice perk, we didn't have to clean snow off the car every day and it wasn't freezing when we got in the car. The property managers did a nice job keeping the walkways and streets shoveled and plowed as well. The Safeway was conveniently located down the hill and communications with the owner were quickly answered. We would recommend this to other families enjoying winter in the area : )

  • Great Place and Excellent Communication

    This place was perfect for my husband’s birthday trip. Tons of room, very clean, and everything we needed. Bryan was a great communicator and gave us all the info we needed for a perfect stay. About 15 from the door to Winter Park for skiing. Highly recommend this place.

    Booked a family vacation in the charming mountain town of Fraser. The rental was clean and cosy with everything we needed. Check in was seamless and communication with host was efficient and courteous. Bonus points for excellent recommendations for local eating and activities.
