Great place!
4/5 Our family of 4 had enough space and appreciated the quick access to Winter Park and the rest of the valley. The garage was big enough for our Subaru Ascent and everything was very clean. The walk to the bus is a bit longer than we would have liked but the mountain views from the living room were fantastic. Train noise is minimal and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. We would use again!

Great condo for ski season rental
5/5 Our family of 5 rented this condo do a ski vacation over the New Year’s holiday. It was very clean, updated decor, spacious and had a fantastic view out into a valley. Communication with the owner was easy and effective! They are very accommodating people to rent from! We would definitely come back again.

Amazing stay in Fraser/Grand Park
5/5 We spent a week in this property. The property was clean, all the appliances worked, and the home was equipped with everything a family could possibly need. The views from this unit are beyond exceptional!! The unit is centrally located within three minutes from the closet market and nine minutes from Winter Park Resort. I had a question for the property manager and she responded in minutes. The train can be heard about three times a day, but it didn’t annoy us because we were enjoying ourselves too much! Our family definitely plans on returning to this property.

Just ok
4/5 Great location and beautiful views. Not sure the last time someone stayed there before us. Doors were broken in one bedroom, a toilet did not work and the outdoor bbq had gas pressure issues. We meal prepped for the stay and planned on the use of the grill. Kitchen, living room and the master bathroom were what you would expect. The information book listed an old management company and contact numbers were no good. Trash in the garage - it was ok.
