  This property had a nice kitchen. Huge living room with new sectional and beautiful wood burning fireplace!!!! The beds were huge and three bathrooms with showers were awesome. Tons of room.

  The title of the property "NEW" is a little misleading, but I figured out that "NEW" means it is a new listing. The size was perfect for my family of 7. The only issue we had with the property was the hot water. Not everyone could shower/bathe after a day outside in the cold. The maintenance company was quick to respond, but the issue still existed. Now that I read some of the previous reviews I see that others had issues with the hot water also. I would recommend that the hot water heater be replaced or something be done to it so others do not have this same problem. We had a great time. Property was the perfect size for my family and in a great location. Thanks for sharing your home and we will always remember our stay in Fraser, Colorado.

• Comfortable place except for the issues with water heater!

  The place was nice, had all the little things you need on a vacation. The major issue was the water heater. You could only take one shower before the water would turn freezing cold!!!! Need to replace the water heater for a bigger one NOW. Need half an hour before showers for the water to warm up. Waste of time while you are on vacation.

• Price matched the furnature

  Good location easy company to work with. Some of the property was recently updated but it is badly in need of new furnature. The sofa is so old my wife refused to sit on it. The TV in the main floor bedroom is a 12? tube TV WITH KNOBS! No joke. Maybe it was supposed to be decoration but we didn?t get it. Lastly there is a bad hum in the lower bedroom not sure why but it was annoying. Overall it was fine but it could be outstanding with a little money spent on new furnature and decor.

  We really enjoyed our stay, the location was great but there were a few things that could have made our stay much better. The shower/hot water situation stands out the most. After a long day of skiing all we wanted was a nice warm shower. There was barely enough hot water for one person to shower, let alone 5 even when we waited between showers. I didn't have one warm shower the entire time I was there. Also, the place in general could just use some updating - the chairs are rickety, the lounge chair is broken (don't lean back too far) and the sofa is very old.
