• Cozy Cabin!

  We really enjoyed our stay at this Fairplay cabin. All the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed walking around outside - it’s such a beautiful location!

  We did get snow during our stay and the driveway was plowed so we could still drive into town. We appreciated that!

  The hosts were kind and accommodating. I would recommend this location!

• Unfortunately the worst experience ever

  The house and the property where so nice. It was VERY dirty to the point that three in the group had bad allergies due to the dust and animal hair everywhere. We did not try to contact the property manager as they took many days to answer our questions and we thought it would be useless to try. Unfortunately I have to give this property a very bad review and will think next time before booking on VRBO.

  Hi Jose, thanks for letting us know about your stay. After going over your feedback, the homeowner wanted to address the items that you mention: "We regret that your experience was not up to our standards of cleanliness.
  We also have family members with asthma and pet allergies and have been very careful to preserve the cabin as fur-free since its construction in 1990. We appreciate the alert since the previous guest must have brought in pets against our strict no pet policy.
  We wish you had contacted our on-site property manager (available 24/7) immediately for documentation and re-cleaning. We would have been happy to take care of this right away.
  We also have had delays in dealing with the listing sites but our local property manager is still just a text or phone call away."

• Beautiful, Quiet, Cozy Cabin

  We really enjoyed our stay from Dec 22nd to 27th of 2021. We had 4 to 5 inches of snow during out stay. Very Beautiful with snow and great views. They plowed our driveway on Christmas day after the snow had stopped falling. Loved all the windows and the gas fireplace. Kitchen was dishes were perfect. We really enjoyed our stay with our 22 yr old dtr and 23 yr old son.

• Fit our needs

  Had a crew of 4 men there to work on a project in Fairplay. This rental was very comfortable and had all they needed. Would stay again for sure.

• Very nice fully stocked cabin

  This is a nice cabin with very cool touches like a gas fireplace with the remote labeled, board games, and a small christmas tree setup that our toddler loved. The kitchen had a keurig with coffee pods and everything needed to use like dishes, soap, utensils, etc. We really enjoyed our stay here.
