It is over 100 feet from the highway and there are codes and regulations in the county that prevents buildings from being built within a certain proximity to the highway. 4/5 Excellent place - didn't know it was two units - cool concept. There is no laundry in unit 1 which is the only drawback - especially if you were skiing.
