Rocky Mountain Park Trip
5/5 The house was spacious and comfortably slept 8 adults. It has close proximity to the park which we enjoyed and was close to town. The only issue was the hot tub didn't work which was a large reason we chose this specific house. Apparently the hot tub was not working before we arrived so we would have appreciated if they let us know in advance. But the owner was responsive and accommodating and we were given a refund for that inconvenience. Overall we enjoyed the stay and the house was very nice.

4/5 The house was very clean and beautiful and met all of our needs except for two issues. We checked in on a Friday and did not have any TV until Sunday afternoon. We called the Property Manager Lowell Richardson, at first he was difficult to deal with but he did end up getting our TV working (two days later) We called the cable company on Sunday and they advised that the password needed to be reset. We could not do this because we did not have the pass code. For what we paid for this rental, this should have been fixed sooner. He did make a comment that they had trouble with the cable before and thought it was fixed. the TX did not have ESPN, only basic channels. The second issue was the light/ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom did not work. Again Lowell did not seem to care and said the whole fixture would need to be taken down to repair but made no effort to do so. One lamp with very dim bulb made it very hard to read at night. We did received the pack and play as requested. Lowell advised that he was going to request a refund for us for one day for the inconvenience on not having a TV for 2 days. We have not heard anything further regarding this. Overall I would rate this property a 4 out of 5. Four just because on lack in maintenance on the two issues mentioned. Thank you.
Beautiful home!
5/5 We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. There were a few minor issues, but they were quickly addressed by the property manager. Would definitely recommend staying here.

4/5 House was very nice set up good for families a few things didn't work but they made us aware of it house wasn't stocked in bathroom supplies but overall very good
