5/5 Great place, new, modern and clean, very comfortable beds, safe area. Not a lot going on around the location and not near a train station, but if you have a car this is perfect, esp as you have your own garage. Son at DU could bike over pretty quickly. Rooftop deck nice and I would have gone out there more if it had been sunnier in Denver this week. Responsive host (I just had questions, no actual problems).Would definitely stay again.

Excellent/recommend!
5/5 Clean, comfortable, modern/new construction, garage parking, and super responsive host. Safe and not a lot going on (more residential neighborhood) but a few things to walk to (a few restaurants/carryouts, Caribou). Great for a family, plenty of room.

5/5 Property is in a new development and clean as a whistle. Centrally located with easy access downtown and anywhere south, especially DU! Great restaurants within easy walking distance and view from top deck worth the climb. Townhome has all the amenities and more. Will definitely be back!
