College Kid’s Apartment
3/5 Internet didn't work for 3 1/2 days. Manager acted like it was our problem. Front door lock didn't work. Had to go in & out from back door. Headboard of a bed on the back porch, single card table chair and plastic bin left there, too. Yard looked like a slum with unkept gardens, TALL weeds. Dishwasher door can't completely open. We will not stay there again.

Convenient and cozy
5/5 The house is exactly as pictured and was very clean when I arrived. The kitchen is well equipped, there are plenty of towels, the bed was comfortable and the neighborhood was safe with a couple of parks nearby for walking the dogs. I was pleasantly surprised, given the busy street and proximity to the hospitals how quiet it was. I loved the sheltered deck and the fenced yard. My only complaint - which I registered with the property manager - is that the backyard had a lot of uncollected dog poop which was gross.

TV Did not work
4/5 Only problem was the handpiece for the tv was missing and we were unable to watch Tv during this stay.

5/5 We wanted something proximate to Swedish Hospital that was comfortable and easy. The house had everything we needed and we'd stay again.
