  Great location, pretty new property, bathrooms, beds, kitchen all great. Owners might consider including television instructions. No A/C so afternoons got a little warm

• Perfect condition and location

  The house was very nice and the perfect size for what we needed. We enjoyed the atmosphere of being just a bit out of town but close enough to get where we needed to go quickly. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a nice dinner for the family.

• Liked Everything ... But the Beds!

  This is a new, modern & stylish house. So I can't understand why they chose to go so unbelievably cheap on all of the beds! The master has 100% polyurethane foam "mattress", not memory foam or a foam/gel combination. It was honestly hard as a rock - no give to it whatsoever! We stayed 2 nights which ended up equating to over $400/night. I don't expect to feel like a college student sleeping in a dorm for that price! We were thankful to not be there another night & will, obviously, never stay there again just for that reason alone. Another note, the water pressure in the master shower is non-existent.

  My coworkers and I stayed in town for business. Had everything we needed and was incredibly clean. I would highly recommend!

• Short on seating

  A three bedroom house should have more than two deck chairs and one three person couch. With no air conditioning, window coverings on sunny windows would be a good idea. We were put off by the poor condition of the back yard and the weeds in the front. Also, the description of the property could be more accurate. Not only was it unclear that there is no air conditioning, the tv is only for services with subscriptions so if you are not a subscriber, no Sports Center for you.
