• Missing Couch

  We loved the location of the place being a ski in ski out. However the elevators were broken most of the time. The condo definitely needs some upgrades. Dishes dishwasher stove and pans. Also during our stay the couch disappeared due to a new suppose to being delivered. The unsettling part is that someone came in to our place without us knowing. Our personal items were out in the open. Meaning purses money and all credit cards with identification. Not ok! The owner said he was suppose to get us some sort of a credit bur have not seen one yet.

• Lots of issues

  I have stayed in the Kendall building at Purgatory 3 times and know these rooms can be in rough shape, but this one had quite a few problems. When we arrived we immediately noticed there was no couch. The host contacted me and let me know the last guest had broken it and the replacement was on the way, but it was stuck in storm. I asked for a heads up, as I wasn’t keen on someone coming into our room. The host stated they would let me know, and the did. The host also stated that he would reach out to management for a discount due to the inconvenience, but I never heard back on this. We then noticed there was a cup filled with cigarettes on the patio. I notified the host, as I was not so bothered by it, but wanted to make them aware since it was a non smoking room. The couch arrived on Thursday, but all of it didn’t arrive, so there were no arms on the couch. On Friday we ran out of toilet paper, and there was no spare roll. I went to the front desk, but they wouldn’t give us any because we booked through VRBO. I contacted the host, who let us know where to go to get some, a locked closet which we needed a key for, but we already got some. The arms of the couch were in a box outside our door when we arrived back on Friday. I brought the box inside and let the host know. The worst issue of all was the tub. It was not draining, so every shower you were standing in dirty ankle deep water that would take hours to drain. This was very unpleasant. I let the host know before we left, so the next guest would not have this issue. The host responded back thanking me and stating it was indeed a bad clog. Although the host was as helpful as possible, this rental experience was terrible and I would not stay here again.

• Repairs needed

  Couple issues with the room , the pull out bed was broken, the refrigerator smelled terrible and is leaking water , needs to be repaired ASAP. Lastly the jet tube was disgusting. It blew out black mold from the water circulation.

• Ski trip

  We had a great time here. It was perfect for our family of 3. We had several power outages during a very heavy snow storm weekend but the silver lining was the skiing was phenomenal. We grabbed some groceries on the way and were set for the weekend. We’d definitely be interested in staying here again.
