• Amazing Panoramic view of Lake Dillon

  Everything about this property was fantastic. The ease of access, close to all things in Dillon, beautiful scenery from any part of the living area, pool, hot tub. We will definitely visit this property again. Two things I would have liked to have had, which may have been available if I contacted the property management, is a mop and a larger crock pot. Very very minor details. Otherwise EXCELLENT. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Dillon.

  Great place to stay if you drive to the ski resorts. It did have lots of close restaurants.

  The condo is in a great location and has plenty of space for a comfortable stay. We arrived to pubic hair on the toilet and hair in the shower drain. The linens appeared clean. The floor left our bare feet black due to lack of cleaning, it was obvious by the visible dirt and debris that the floors were not swept or mopped. The management company was easy to get ahold of and offered to send out someone to clean. The keys to the game room did not work in the locked door so we were unable to use many of the amenities(game room, laundry, sauna) that were listed. The code to the laundry room was incorrect and they were unable to provide us with one that worked. The view from the condo was great. All in all, a pretty mediocre stay. Disappointed for sure.

  We truly apologize that the condo was not as clean as you expected. We thoroughly clean the unit before each check-in and take photos afterward. When you sent us a message two days after your arrival, we offered to send someone to clean, but you declined.

  When the initial impression is a floor to ceiling, wall to wall view of lake, mountains, and sky, how can you not feel all your problems melt away?The ONLY issue we had was with PMI, the management service, it took the entire 2 weeks we were there to send someone out to check on a broken bed in the master bedroom. Thankfully, I met the in-building maintenance guy, Thomas, while he was doing another job and he made a call to the owner and got the repair done.Bill, the owner, even took the time to give us a call to make sure everything was taken care of. So appreciated.So many great places to eat in walking distance. The resorts are all nearby and you can catch a bus to any of them if you chose not to drive. Walking and bike trails just outside the door. Then kick back with a nice fire in the fireplace or just get lost in the view.We'll definitely come back.
