CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- If you’re arriving later than 10:00 PM, please contact the Guest Contact before 10:00 PM via text or phone so they can tell you how to access the building
- Upon arrival, park in one of the 30-minute parking spaces near the red/white entry gate. Walk through the Argentine parking lot to the walkway, and enter the door labeled 1505 (to the right of the laundry facility)
- Walk up the stairs, and 1505 will be on your left. 
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the phone number listed on your registration and will be available throughout the duration of your stay. 
- Enter your 4-digit code and then press the button on the bottom of the pad
- Note: The door will automatically lock after 30 seconds. To lock the door before 30 seconds, simply press the large button on the bottom of the lock
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

- Once inside, you’ll find your key card (for access to the parking lot, spa, and laundry) and your green parking pass on the coffee table
- Now you may park in the Argentine parking lot. Use the key card to open the red/white gate. Hang the green parking pass on your rear-view mirror
- **Important: If you lose the key card, there is an extra one in the Welcome Notebook on the coffee table. Please let us know if this happens, as we will have to order a new one

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Leave all key cards and parking permits on the dining room table. Failure to do so will result in an additional fee
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take the trash out to the refuse closet located in the common hallway directly across from the ski locker
- Take the recycling to the bins near the red/white entry gate
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- No skis, snowboards, or bikes inside the unit
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Bedding for the sofa bed is in the closet near the dining room table. There is also a blue memory foam mattress for added sofa bed comfort located in the bedroom closet
- Extra towels are in the linen closet in the washroom
- The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. There’s one flight of stairs to access from the parking area and 3 steps to access from the front of the building
- A keycard will be left inside the unit to access the pool, hot tub, and weight room at the Keystone Resort and Spa. If entering through the spa, you'll be asked to give your unit number (1505 Argentine) to the attendant
- The additional parking spaces are located across from Keystone Resort & Spa and you’ll need to use the pedestrian tunnel to cross the street. The fee is $25/night.
- The Argentine shuttle stop is located next to the red/white gate for guest parking
- No skis, snowboards, or bikes inside the unit. The ski locker is located in the lobby near the front door. The locker key will be left with the parking permit and key card
- You will be charged if you do not leave behind the parking permit or keycard

- 1 vehicle can be parked behind the building (west side)
- Additional vehicles can park directly across the street from the Keystone Resort and Spa for an additional $25 per night, paid on-site
