Great Views!
5/5 The location of this condo was amazing. The views from the balcony and the hot tub were towards the lake and mountains which was beautiful. There were lots of places to grab take out from or shop near by. It was also close driving distance to Breck and Keystone. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Instructions for check out were clear. Lots of games available if you needed something to do. Perfect for a couple or small family. Only negative I would have, would be that the walls are super thin. You can hear everything, including conversations from people outside the condo.

Lakefront Ski Haven
5/5 Completely as advertised - kitchen well stocked with new appliances, cookware, utensils, spices/condiments, etc along with a superb Weber grill on the deck to prepare fantastic meals! Location is perfectly between Breck and Keystone. When the Dillon Dam road is open, skirting around the I-70 congestion is ideal. It is plainly obvious that the Owners want their property to be as hospitable and attractive to "complete stranger" guests as if for themselves - BRAVO!

Lakefront Ski Haven
5/5 The pictures and narrative in the VRBO listing are super accurate! Our family always looks for a condo rental that facilitates two major priorities, use of shuttles to avoid taking the rent car to the resort and preparing meals akin to what we're accustomed to at home - gas grill is a must! We eat a big breakfast and dinner every day and take sack lunches with us to the slopes. Unit 320 at Coeur du Lac hit every metric. Great appliances including new front load washer/dryer and plenty of cookware and utensils to do anything we needed in the kitchen. The 3-burner Weber Spirit gas grill on the balcony cooked all of our dinner entrees. The grates were very clean and the burners lit effortlessly. It is obvious that the Owner and guests appreciate this asset. The DW is silent and large. The range and oven were new and clean. The large side by side Whirlpool fridge has an in-door ice and water dispenser.
(Most owners provide freezers with ice trays). Parking is very close to the unit with just a couple of flights of stairs (one outdoor, other indoor) to help accelerate one's altitude acclimation.
The bedrooms and bathrooms situation worked for our foursome (teenage son & daughter each had a twin bed). Something minor to note, each bathroom has only a "public" entrance; the bedrooms are adjacent as are the bathrooms to each other, hence no private access to either restroom. This information is useful for any mixed groups of guests.
When our desires to ski Summit County return, we definitely will be looking to stay here again!
