Great for families, great location
5/5 We were lucky to find this place to stay for a multi-family vacation. A cousin’s wedding was held in the nearby Space Annex, and this place was a few blocks away. We also enjoyed a local park and Denver Biscuit Company, both within easy walking distance. We got groceries delivered via Instacart from a nearby Safeway.
There was plenty of room for my family and my in-laws, we were even able to host some extended relatives for dinner. Having a two-car garage was a nice bonus.
The host was very responsive to questions, check-in and check-out instructions were clear, and booking via VRBO/Evolve was easy. Thanks for helping us have a great trip!
Disappointing
3/5 No Tender Loving Care Here. Well vacuumed but not solidly cleaned. Lack of attention to detail especially in Parking information. Good luck finding the garage if you arrive by care at night. And no clicker for TV in bedroom. Garbage in kitchen waste basket on arrival.
