Really good location!

5/5 Location is perfect - close by DU, + walkable to Pearl Street and Wash Park w nearby restaurants. Nicely stocked kitchen. Yard for the pup. Highly accommodating!
Great location, lack of amenities
3/5 The location was unbeatable and the house was very clean. Only concern was lack of amenities. Some sinks lacked hand soap, no blow dryer, not sufficient towels/dish cloths, no dish cloths or towels, no coffee filters that fit the coffee pot, not sufficient pillows for the beds (unless you’re good with only one flat pillow per person). Could be a five star with a little more care GIVEN to the details. Also the home was advertised as having functional fireplace, but the remote to turn on the fireplace was not provided.

Hi Brittany, we always appreciate hearing from our guests, but the homeowner would like to take a moment to clarify a few things raised in your review:
- There is a container of soap for every sink and shower in addition to bar soap. Each container seemed to be full ahead of your stay but we apologize if one was missed.
- There is a hair dryer in the main bathroom.
- We keep a surplus of kitchen towels in a kitchen drawer in addition to the two that are left hanging. There are coffee filters in a box near the coffee and tea.
- Each bed has 4 pillows and there are extra pillows in the linen closet with the extra blankets and bedding. The pillows are all brand new, so they should not be flat.
- The fireplace had been turned off due to the 90+ degree temperatures that we've recently seen. We apologize if this impacted your stay.

5/5 This house was perfect for our trip to Denver! Nice and clean on the inside and the host even left us some fresh fruit to enjoy during our stay. The location next to wash park was ideal and the office worked great for when we had to do some work during the day. Would definitely visit this place again.
