• Spacious & New - but needs a little TLC

  Relaxing, centrally located, convenient (tight) garage. Walking distance to many attractions. New, urban property. Beds were better than some other property we’ve stayed at. However a recent rager of a party left 2 windows requiring replacement. Front door doesn’t lock outside. Annoying to come & go through garage. Property mgr was helpful with the entry situation. Very secure.

  First of all my highest appreciation to Jeremiah ..he walked me thru d entire session on how to navigate, how to open d parking garage n door..he is one of a kind..😊😊😊Our 1st time in Denver to attend Felirose grad ...upon seeing our "home" x d next 4 days...i know I am in good hands..accomodations is beyond my expectations,so many tourist attractions,dining within walking distance if u want to walk, short distance to drive...best part of Sun am was attending mass at the Cathedral..this place i can say home away fr home...

  Previous reviews don’t seem like they are for the same property. The location is great but the unit not so much. Beds and bedding need to be replaced along with towels and bathroom rugs. Cracked window in bedroom, no nightstands in main bedroom, plugs didn’t work in main bath. The nightstand in the middle bedroom was falling apart. A little TLC and thoughtfulness to small details would make a world of difference.

  -While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences. We know that mattress preference is unique to each guest. However, based on your feedback the mattresses were recently replaced to improve the comfort of the beds to ensure our high standards are being met and exceeded
  -We have been working on updating our home, and it's complete! We have new nightstands, carpets, towels, and much more, and our listing was exactly as shown in the pictures you relied upon for your booking

  Convenient to all major attractions, many walkable distance.The apartment was nicely furnished, with ample cooking equipment, dishes, and utensils with garage a plus as street parking is by the hour, and local parking lots are not covered.Rooftop deck is also a bonus, an umbrella would be nice.
