  • Nice getaway cabin after a day of activities in Crested Butte

    We really enjoyed the layout of the cabin with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The hot tub was a nightly ritual after skiing or snowshoeing! Kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms are all good.

    The satellite dish did not work but we had Netflix so all was well.

    It's great place for a family to stay and have quality time together!

    This was an amazing property that the pictures represented perfectly! It is a beautiful 3 story cabin with all the amenities and extra touches that made our trip perfect. The scenery is gorgeous as well and perfect distance to Crested Butte and Gunnison. We will definitely return!

    Amazing neighbors and great view of colorado! The yard had not been mowed and grass was very tall. The trash can was completely full and running over outside. The master bedroom smelled like old dog pee in the carpets. Other than that we loved the location and the cabin was nice.

    Hi Evy J, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
    -We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and appreciate your feedback.
    -Unfortunately, due to the drought in Colorado longer grass is the only option as it requires less water to survive. Being that our property is a ranch we hope guests will not expect suburban manicured lawns.
    -We apologize you experienced an overabundance of trash. Previous guests used a lot of trash and were waiting for the weekly trash pickup during your stay.
    -We are going to replace the carpets with wood floors.
