Poor craftsmanship but comfy
4/5 Lets start with the bad. Poor craftsmanship all around. Im sure rentals get some wear and tear but at least fix it up correctly. Holes in ceiling near light, outlets not installed correctly, paint peeling off walls, deck falling apart. Also, got a text saying the house was cleaned at noon, we arrived after 9pm with a sleeping kiddo only to find someone in the house! We thought itd been overbooked. Ugh. But it was the guest contact, making sure the home was cleaned. She kept talking and turning on all the lights when all we wanted to do was get our kid into bed and go to sleep. On that note, they definitely need darkening shades or blinds. Waking up with the sun in no bueno. The curtains were sheer which also left no privacy from neighbors. The downstairs gets colder than the upstairs so be careful when choosing your rooms.
On the positive note, the guest contact was responsive and helpful. The home was cozy and comfortable.
