The property was not clean. In the kitchen a cabinet was missing.I have to clean the dust of the night tables and tables in the living room since they filled with dust. In general my feeling was that the property was not ready to receive the guest.Thank you,Grace

- We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were both surprised and disappointed to hear your feedback.
- We take the cleanliness of our home seriously, and want to assure you the home is cleaned to a professional standard before each guest stay. We wish you had reached out during your stay and given us the opportunity to address any issues you may have had. We would have promptly responded and been more than happy to help.
- Unfortunately, the previous guest caused damage to the cabinet including the handrail that was pulled out of the wall and we were unable to repair it prior to your arrival. To ensure there were no surprised, we did reach out to you before your stay, to which you did not respond. This has since been repaired to ensure future guests do not share the same experience.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

The property was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the property manager was pleasant and very responsive to questions. My family and I would definitely choose to stay at this property again next time we head to the Springs.

Awesome family home in quiet neighborhood yet near tourist spots

We spent two nights in this wonderful home. The layout of the house allows for good separation for adults upstairs while leaving a great game area and crash zone in the basement. For our visit, we were able to have great conversation while playing pool in the basement then later could hangout in the comfortable TV room upstairs while casting the streaming video from my iPad to watch the 2nd round of NBA playoffs.

We were pleased with the well-stocked and easy-to-accces supplies for both large bathrooms as well as blankets and pillows for the large bedrooms. Likewise, cooking meals in the kitchen was easy thanks to the ample cooking items, utensils and dishes.

A pleasant surprise was to discover a one-of-a-kind ice-cream/coffee shop just a short walk across 8th Ave where I enjoyed a white mocha double espresso with a scoop of vanilla ice cream -- yummy!

We look forward to a future opportunity to visit this home again in the future with additional family in-tow!

We really enjoyed the home. It was comfortable and met all of our needs. The house is centrally located and therefore made getting to local activities easy. It came with everything we needed for the week and we additionally took advantage of the amenities such as the ping-pong table, arcade game, TV, etc.. I also can't say enough about our contact for the property who was very responsive when needed and readily answered any questions when they arose. We would definitely stay here again should we return to the Springs for another visit.

Our family had a fun stay at this home. The kids especially liked all the games in the basement. The location was perfect for our visit and we will definitely be back.
