Seven happy guests
5/5 Short weekend for a conference. Seven guests. Easy ~10 min drive to downtown, where we needed to be. Four rooms, five beds, two good couches for couch sleepers. Two bathrooms. Enough for what we needed. Would be happy to book this listing again.
Perfect weekend home

Great Place with plenty of room
5/5 This was a wonderful spot for my group of colleagues traveling together for training to stay for a weekend. There was a mishap with the door malfunctioning but the property manager was extremely prompt and helpful and that was the only glitch with the weekend. The beds were comfortable, the water ran hot, there was space for lounging, and the place was very clean. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in Colorado Springs.

5/5 The house is great. Updated finishes and clean inside. The beds were comfortable and everything you would need to "feel like home" is provided. My kids were excited to sleep on the bunk beds and those didn't seem sturdy, so they passed, but there were more options. The pool table was a huge hit with our family. The house is in a central neighborhood, with easy access to Garden of the Gods, Palmer Park, Downtown and Old Colorado City. The backyard has a view of Pikes Peak to enjoy while you drink your coffee. We would stay here again and even share the space with another family, as there are two great bathrooms, one on each floor.
