Girls weekend

Nice property but beware cleaning fees AND a list of chores before checking out
4/5 Our stay was pleasant, and the unit provided what we needed for our weekend trip. However I'm very frustrated by the model of charging >$100 to clean the unit and also requiring us to do a handful of chores before checking out (garbage, linens, dishes, etc). These were sneakily communicated to us when we received the check-in details after our reservation became 100% non-refundable. Seems a bit excessive when we were already paying more than we would have at a hotel that doesn't require us to clean or pay a cleaning fee.
