Just Perfect
5/5 I stayed here over a weekend with my family to snowmobile Cottonwood Pass. This place was far beyond our expectations. The backyard is literally the Arkansas River; and the property has plenty of outdoor decking and landscape features to take it all in. The inside is very spacious, and has all the cookware you need to whip up some great meals. We didn't want to leave!

5/5 Maybe the best overall property we have rented in our many years of travel. Very comfortable and well-appointed. There are so many cozy seating areas with different views and feels, both inside and out. I counted 32 different chairs/stools just OUTSIDE! :) The bed was comfy, linens top-notch, and the kitchen had many of the extras that make cooking in a unknown kitchen much easier. The river access is great and we did catch some fish. 5 minutes from downtown BV for easy shopping and dining. Loved the views of the mountains, the nearby rock formations, the Arkansas river, fall foliage and the night sky (we enjoyed the Orionids early one morning). Great communication prior to, during and after the stay. Easy property access. We fully recommend!
