- This property is located in a gated community. To access the community, enter the code 3825 if the gate is not open
- Please note, the gate's entry stays open for an extended period of time to allow large vehicles to pass through. Please only drive 1 vehicle through the gate at a time. If you are behind another vehicle, wait until the gate door closes before re-opening the gate with the code/gate pass. If more than 1 vehicle passes through the gate opening at a time, the gate's door may collide with a vehicle and potentially break
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 0735
- The gate pass is located on a hook by the cabin's front entrance. This can be used as an alternative to entering the gate code 
- To access the clubhouse and community pool, enter the code 1859
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave used bedcovers and blankets on the bed
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile on the living room rug
- Return the gate pass to the hook by the cabin's front entrance
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Please turn each thermostat to 65 degrees. There are 4 thermostats in the home: 1 in the kitchen, 1 in the living room, and 1 in each bedroom
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
