We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. The house is 3 levels, garage on bottom level, living and 2 bedrooms on main level, master on 3rd floor, each bedroom has a private bathroom, which made it perfect. The heated pads on the deck made getting in and out of the hot tub perfect. The house was well stocked with extra pillows, blankets, and an awesome supply of goods, spices, and nessessites in the kitchen. The living, dining, kitchen area are nice and spacious for gatherings, the heated floors throughout the house are nice and warm and the gas fireplace keeps the living room toasty. The garage has a nice place to store skis and even has two boot warmers. Driving to the slopes or Main Street was a quick drive and a breeze in the snow. We were greeted by Tim on arrival outside and he was super welcoming. Really can't say enought about this place.
Great location. Kids loved the hot tub. Tim next door is awesome. Plenty of privacy. Well stocked and perfect for our vacation. Many great hiking trails nearby.

What a great place! Beautiful home, comfy beds, great kitchen and a 1/2 mile from downtown main street via trail.
Tim and Denise were extremely prompt on all questions. Hope to come back next Summer to get away from the Florida heat.
We were staying at this property for a family gathering--5 adults, 3 young boys (3,1, and an infant). The listing looked beautiful, great location near Breckenridge, secluded spot...you know--all the things you want. First sign of it being not quite as expected was when we pulled into the driveway and compared it to the photo from the listing of the front of the property--"plenty of garage and driveway parking for your vehicles"--well...maybe. As the listing mentions, there is a full-time resident in the guest house (just out of the photo) who has two vehicles parked outside. And the garage you have access to--I hope you drove a mid-size sedan. It's a funny pull in angle that would block pretty much any other nearby parking in order to get in and out of the garage. But that's fine--a garage in a vacation home stay is a nice-to-have anyway. But then you go inside, walk into the kitchen...and oh my goodness, every floorboard in the kitchen squeaks LOUD. Like...you can't walk into the kitchen in the middle of the night for a glass of water without waking up any light sleepers. The dishwasher is mounted off-level, the microwave is unreachable for anybody shorter than about 5 foot 6 inches, the garbage can is about the size that a single resident would use, the light switches make no sense (we had a series of lights that we could not figure out how to work for the entire stay), you'll have to adjust each individual thermostat at least twice per day (radiant heating tied to room by room nest thermostats--and those thermostats auto adjust back to efficiency settings at least twice throughout the day)...and some other miscellaneous quirks. PROS: Plenty of kitchen supplies, even things like coffee, tea, cooking oil, etc--this place is well equipped. Views of Breckenridge ski resort are excellent. It's well away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet it's under 5 minutes drive to Main Street. But again--this is a great property, it just needs some love. A couple of floor beam shims and a decent appliance installer would take this property to a new level. It was listed for sale when we were staying there...so maybe the new owner will put the improvements in that it needs to be a truly exceptional property.

Very nice home near the town but not right there in the busiest parts. Hot tub, kitchen and views were excellent.
