  If I could rate this property 10 stars, there’s no doubt I would.My husband & I surprised our three children with a trip to Breckenridge for their first ever white Christmas. from the moment we found this property, we have been beyond ecstatic for this experience. The property owners have been nothing short of absolutely amazing, allowing us to check in early and stay a little bit later to ensure that our children were able to experience this trip to the fullest. barb, has been so responsive and so kind. we are so thankful for this wonderful trip, making the memories with our three children the way we did, and for finding such an incredible cabin in the mountains, with endless amounts of snow. this was truly a White Christmas, and one that our family will never forget.We will definitely recommend this place to family and friends and hope to be able to visit once again in the future.

• Incredible Stay!!

  So, the house and the scenery are unbelievable. Very nice. Very clean and very beautiful. House is huge and has everything you want or need. Kitchen was great and has all of the needed items. Love the layout which allowed our family to congregate and enjoy. I will say that communicating from one side of the house to the other was a chore!! (the house is so HUGE!!!) Really was a great stay and we enjoyed the house completely. All instructions and items were clear and concise to follow. Check in/Check out was a breeze. We would LOVE to see this place in winter!! Views are amazing in summer!!

• Views for days!!!

  Our group of 8 had the best time this summer at this beautiful home. The decor is perfectly Colorado and the views from the deck are breathtaking. We spent the majority of our time on the deck, relaxing, chatting and gawking over the views. The space was clean and functional for our two families and the location was great, a short 10-15 minute drive to Breckenridge and an hour drive to Buena Vista. We loved this location so much that we are inquiring about purchasing a property there.

• DO NOT RENT!!!

  Don’t fall for her beauty! This place is FARRRR off the grid. Our Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 couldn’t even handle the horrible road that leads back to this home...in April!

  You will have ZERO cell service until you are several miles closer to Breck. Home WiFi is so slow you can barely use your phone. Streaming not possible.

  I counted at least 5 cameras even inside the garage area so prepare to be watched.

  Leftover expired food in the fridge and pantry.

  Rent at your own risk! Our trip was ruined.

  "We are very sad to read your review of our cabin.
  - Upon our arrival to assist your group in the snow, we saw you had a 2-wheel drive truck with bald tires and no weight in the bed and a second 2-wheel drive car. We state in our listing description that a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is necessary for the winter months to access the property. It also states this is a secluded cabin in a neighborhood 12 miles south of Breckenridge.
  - Our listing description notes that our cabin has outward-facing security cameras above the front door and garage door for the safety of our cabin and our guests.
  - As for the wifi and cell service, during your stay, one of our outdoor security cameras was disconnected, which also disconnected the wifi box and all service was lost. We paid for a professional to have it all reconnected and resolved.
  - There also is no food besides condiments, spices, coffee, and tea left at the cabin unless previous guests leave something in the pantry.
  We truly went above and beyond and made every effort for your group to have an enjoyable stay, and we will continue to do so for any future guests at our cabin."
