Source: My family are seasoned renters with dozens of rentals over the years and own a few rentals ourselves. This review isn’t intended to slight the owners of this place, but to give an honest depiction of our experience.TL;DR We literally stayed one night and then left, ate the cost of a week’s rent, and ended up moving to another property. This property could really be great, but has some major issues they need to deal with before this property should be rented again. It’s clearly been a rental too long, and has been neglected by the owners.LET ME START BY SAYING: the place REALLY is cute and cozy, and would’ve been a great place to stay the week short of some solvable maintenance issues (which I’m sure they’ll fix). The issues: 1. There is an indoor hot tub (not mentioned on the ad anywhere) that is oddly placed in a small room off the master bathroom. It’s been drained empty, is a bit gross and dirty, and has clearly been misused to the point where the entire condo (especially downstairs) smells like chlorine and is a bit musty. I don’t know what happened with this but I’m sure a guest misused it and the owners were forced to react by draining it.2. There is a sewage smell that pops up seemingly randomly in the master and bunk rooms, as well as the stairwell. No idea where it’s coming from or why, but both my kids, my wife, and myself smelled it at separate times and in different locations.3. Oddly there are NOT 2 bedrooms like the ad says, but 3 (bonus)! The bunk room is great, but the other two (master and guest) have HORRID beds and bedding. What’s more the master mattress is in dire need of replacing, and the guest bed literally leans to one side enough to where it was hard to sleep on. My wife and I actually swapped a few times between beds in the middle of the night trying to find which was less inconvenient to sleep on.Recommendation: owners need to update the place in the off-season with decent mattresses, newer bedding, and probably carpet. They need to IMMEDIATELY address the chlorine and sewage smells. And the hot tub needs to be addressed.

Hi Jerrod, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We do have an indoor hot tub that is not advertised on the listing which has not been turned on as it makes some noise. We'll lock the door to this room to avoid confusion going forward.
- We had the cleaning team fully clean and sanitize the home after your stay and it was inspected by us a few days later. Though neither party detected a chlorine or sewer odor, we appreciate you letting us know and will investigate further.
- The listing has always been advertised as having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
- The linens we use are all clean, white bedding which are cleaned and managed by a professional cleaning company. The quilts on top are rustic which fits into our cabin's aesthetic but we'll change these to ensure that they don't look too old or rustic.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
The condo was great for our stay. A short walk to the snowflake trail made it an easy ski experience. The condo was well maintained and the price was good for what we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place had everything we needed and the contact was super helpful!
We enjoyed our stay at this place. It was comfortable and provided lots of space for our family of five adults. It is not ski in/ski out but is a short walk to the Snowflake Lift. It is just one shuttle bus stop away from that Lift if you'd rather ride, but you will still have to walk up the Snowflake Drive and the property's driveway. We especially loved the hot tub that has its own dedicated room in the house. Another bonus is the heated floors throughout the downstairs where all the bedrooms and bathrooms are - so nice and appreciated. I would have given 5 stars for all categories, but the bedrooms were a bit dusty and could have been wiped down better. This is an easy fix. The house was nicely stocked with all we needed in the kitchen, and there were plenty of linens.
