Situated just outside of Breckenridge, this condo provides visitors with easy access to Frisco, Keystone, Copper Mountain and all of Summit County. In the winter, the condo association offers a free private shuttle to Breckenridge Resort gondolas and Main Street so you can enjoy world class skiing, the fine dining and boutiques all in one day.
With four other world-class ski resorts nearby, there is no shortage of winter activities for you to enjoy. Snowmobiling, snow tubing, ice skating, dog-sledding and sleigh rides are available just down the road from the condo and at the resorts. Grab your cross-country skis and head 10 minutes down the road to the Nordic Center for backcountry adventures.
Just 1 mile up the road is the Colorado Trail which is ideal for afternoon hikes in the scenic country. A bike path minutes away runs from Breckenridge to Frisco and beyond, offering an alternative way to experience White River National Forest. The protected forest lands also offer hundreds of hiking, mountain biking and cycling paths with panoramic views and alpine meadows. Lake Dillon offers a plethora of activities along its 25-mile shoreline including boat rentals, slips and world-class sailing.
There are ample warm-weather activities to enjoy as well, with rock climbing, whitewater rafting, golfing at Breckenridge Golf Course, canoeing, hot air ballooning and fly fishing across the county. The free Summit Stage bus is a short 2-minute walk away and runs year-round between the resorts so you can enjoy their activities in any season.

Great stay at Breckenridge. Nice, comfortable, well stocked condo
5/5 Went up expecting 1-2' snow, experienced wonderful weather with mix of clouds and sun. Spent a day exploring the mountain passes as far as we could drive: Mosquito Pass, Kite Lake, etc. I used to think Steamboat was the most beautiful area in Colorado, but Breckenridge has taken that place!!
Very nice little patio with nice big gas grill, close access to hot tubs.
We really liked to no-contact checkin and the keycode approach to the door locks. It's safe, easy and we appreciate how easy it was to get in.
Dirty shower
3/5 I thought the property was cute. I also thought the bed in bedroom was a king size. Was disappointed it wasn't. I have a handicap child and there was limited handicap parking. It was always full when we arrived and it was hard to move her though the parking lot. The inside of the complex had a strong odor of paint thinner. We had to use an air mattress which gave us very limited space to hang out. When I went to bathe my daughter the tub had dirty water in it. At that point we decided to cut the trip short. We left a day early. I felt the condo was nice, and the owner as well. This particular property did not meet the needs for my family who has more health compromised needs.

Joy, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
-We’ve confirmed that we do list a queen-size bed, along with a queen-sized pullout couch in the description. As we found the pullout couch had recently been broken we provided a queen air mattress to remedy the situation and can confirm a new couch has since been replaced
-We do provide guests with detailed check-in instructions regarding parking and sincerely apologize that handicapped access was not available throughout your stay. We recognized the impact this had on your experience and hope the partial refund provided helped make things right
-Our home is professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. There is a calcium deposit on the tub but there are no issues with the sanitary condition

5/5 Nice property. Would definitely recommend. Give it 5 stars. Only recomendation is to put a mat in the bath tub. Very slippery.

Great Place
5/5 Perfect location for our trip. Able to commute easily to the town of Breck and great launching spot for hiking outdoors. The place was just as listed, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed and I would recommend to stay.

5/5 This place was just what we needed. It is situated right between Frisco and Breck. Easy highway access. Small place, but was clean and fully furnished.
