Gorgeous, stylish and spacious home away from home
5/5 What can I say. The place is impeccable and so stylishly decorated with unique high end furniture and finishing touches.
Lots of beautiful natural light, cathedral ceiling in the living room, perfect size fully equipped kitchen, cute outdoor patio to sip your morning coffee on.
Just beautiful!
It is conveniently located close to Old town Arvada, Light rail, Red rocks , Boulder , hiking and biking trails in Golden.
Easy access to downtown Denver as well as to the mountains.

WOW, this place is amazing!
5/5 We reserved this townhouse hoping it would be nice, and it far exceeded our expectations!
First of all, the two-car garage made it very convenient for us to park out of the weather, as well as load and unload our stuff from our car. It was so convenient that I don't think I would rent a place again that didn't have a garage.
When we walked into the townhouse it felt like we were walking into a custom home. The modern decor is very appealing, everything is new, and it's extremely clean.
As a surprise bonus, the owners left us a welcome card along with a free bottle of wine and some gourmet candy bars. We really appreciated that!!
The kitchen was stocked with all of the appliances and gadgets we needed to cook meals at home. We liked to eat breakfast at the table in the kitchen nook, and we ate the rest of our meals in the dining room overlooking the back deck.
The family room has comfortable couches for watching movies on the large flat screen TV. And we loved the ambience the gas fireplace provided while we drank wine and ate appetizers before our meals.
The master bedroom is absolutely HUGE, and it has a great feel. The beds in both the master bedroom and guest bedroom are queen-size and extremely comfortable, and both bedrooms had wall mounted flat screen TVs.
And I REALLY wanted to steal the blankets from the beds and the family room!!! I need to ask the owners where they got them because they are so incredibly soft and comfortable.
When we ventured out from the townhouse, we were pleasantly surprised that it only took us 1.5 hours to drive to Vail. Driving to Denver only took 20 minutes, Golden took 15 minutes, and it only took us 20 minutes to drive to world-famous Red Rocks for the concert we came to see. (That place is awesome...enjoying a concert there should be on everyone's bucket list.)
Check out was quick and simple, and overall we really enjoyed staying at this townhouse. We will DEFINITELY try to rent this place again the next time we're in Colorado...it really was that good!!!
